Karan says it’s not that I didn’t have problems or didn’t need therapy. Karan said 5 years ago I had an anxiety problem and that’s when I came out publicly. When I spoke to my doctor, she was a psychologist. Karan said his doctor said that while you think you have thick skin and it doesn’t matter, you suppress those things inside that sometimes come out.
The doctor said that this should not be done. Karan said he then started talking to people about it. Karan said he feels better now. Karan said the reason he feels good is because he has started talking to those close to him. Karan says he’s been talking about it more and more, but sometimes it becomes a problem.
